Hmmm..about every american kid has access to numerous poisons and carcinogens, does that mean we do away with rat posion, bleach, chlorine, weed killer, bug spray and rubbing alcohol??No, its the same with liquor, or guns, if you have kids then you put them where they cant get into them or lock them up. I love the logic this all leads to in these peoples minds, "Stop treating pain patients" instead of making people accountable for the responsibility of making sure their kids cant get their hands on certain things. This isnt rocket science and it doesnt take a lot of money, you can either create or find a hiding spot that is inaccessable to kids or you keep them in a safe, you dont make a prohibition on their manufacturing and sales. Geezus. For example, I have Oxycontin, Hydrocodone and Xanax kept in a lock box on the top shelf of my closet, when my daughter or nieces are around, otherwise its just on my table. IF people come to the house then they are put in our little 8x10 safe that cost 100 bucks. Even without the safe I have a few spots where nobody is going to get in to. Plus I always keep track and make sure nobody is trying to snoop around. Guess what, I have had ZERO incidences in 4 years. Straighten up people, were tired of the propaganda.
