So let me get this correct we spend the most money ever to combat the drug problem and it still is extremely high. Hmmm maybe we should try another way. Prohibition never works, its time to legalize drugs to stop crime and put more money into education and treatment of drugs. But we wont…..so sad. We need more out of the box thinkers.
